Join internationally acclaimed author and music therapist Christine Stevens in
setting the rhythm of your New Year through drumming in this powerful, healing,
spiritual, joyful experience.
Christine Stevens, founder of UpBeat Drum Circles, has appeared on NBC, CBS and
Living Better TV. She is the author of The Healing Drum Kit and The Art and
Heart of Drum Circles. She has drummed with many Fortune 500 companies,
survivors of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and most recently she led the
first ever drum circle training in a war zone in northern Iraq. The mission of
UpBeat Drum Circles is to bring drumming to organizations, events, and
individuals wanting to raise the consciousness on the planet.

Michele O’Donnell: Living Beyond Disease
Sunday, January 25: 1:30 - 4 pm, Guest speaker at 9 & 11 am services
Michele’s first book, Of Monkeys and Dragons, arrived in our bookstore in 2001.
As she addressed a full audience of eager listeners, she opened hearts to what
we all know deep within - that healing does not come from outside us, and that
God does not know disease. She told of her daughter, born mentally retarded, who
was instantaneously healed…and of other “miracle” healings that defy her
training as a registered nurse.
Her radio show here in the Tampa Bay area “Living Beyond Disease” began airing
on WHNZ AM 1250 radio January 2003. Each January Michele visits the area to meet
the listeners of the program and the readers of her three books. Admission price
of $15 will be taken at the door. Additional gifts will graciously be accepted
and will go to support the Tampa Bay radio program.
