I focus my practice exclusively to Criminal Defense and Personal Injury
litigation cases. Since my admission to the Florida Bar in September of
1995, I have remained in “Good Standing” while being licensed to practice
in all Florida state courts and Federal Court in the United States
District Court for the Middle District of Florida. I spent three (3) years
as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office in
Clearwater, FL wherein I participated in over sixty (60) jury trials and
served as a member of the office’s DUI Manslaughter Squad, responsible for
investigating and prosecuting DUI related traffic fatalities. I entered
private practice in 1998 and, since that time, I have focused my practice
exclusively to Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Litigation cases. I
have represented individuals in a wide range of misdemeanor and felony
offenses including DUI, Domestic Violence/Injunction Violation, Drug
Offenses, Juvenile Offenses, Probation Violations, and Appeals.
