Changing the Way Health Care
is Offered
This practice does not
accept insurance and therefore is not locked into any contracts. Our fees
can be adjusted on an individual basis. By developing partnerships with
other health care suppliers, laboratories and x-ray facilities we have
negotiated special rates on those services that are frequently the same as
those paid by insurance companies. Often these rates are cheaper than the
co-pays or deductibles of those patients who have insurance. A full panel
of blood work costs $20. A CAT scan can be had for $250. An MRI costs
$300.

We welcome you as a new patient and appreciate the opportunity to
provide for your health care needs. As highly trained professionals, my
staff and I are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality care.
I bring 30 years of emergency medicine experience to the beaches. We
specialize in treating acute medical and surgical problems (including
suturing and removal of skin tags, moles and warts) without forgetting
that there is a human being behind each illness. We offer a medically
managed weight loss program, and are proud to announce an aesthetic laser
center as well.

Financial Considerations
This practice does not accept insurance. We will fill out a HCFA-1500
form for your insurance company. Fees for services are due at the time the
treatment is provided. Payment options are cash, check, or major credit
card.
Appointments
Indian Shores Urgent Care and Walk In is open with and without
appointments. Patients are taken in order of the severity of their medical
or surgical condition. We guarantee same day appointments. If possible we
ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve adequate time for you.
We will make every effort to schedule your appointments as compatibly with
your personal schedule as possible. In consideration of all our patients,
a minimum of twenty-four hours notice of change is required.
House Calls
House calls are available on a limited basis after hours.
