Cleaning a roof takes more than just blasting off the dirt
with a pressure washer! Pressure washing only moves the mold to another
area, it doesn't kill it. It also will damage shingles and can remove the
coating from your tile roof. The black stuff on your roof is made up of
organic growth - algae, mildew, and mold! Chapman Property Services, LLC
will completely kill the algae, mold and mildew on your tiles or shingles
by spraying a chemical mixture at low pressure, (less than 100psi,) The
chemicals will completely kill the spores that these plants grow from. We
will also try to minimize walking on the roof, sometimes as little as 10%
as much as someone who is just pressure washing it. This means less chance
of damage to the tiles or shingles!
