Charts In Time began as a local provider of Health Information Management (HIM) services and technologies in the Tampa Bay area. As we expanded in geographic territory and into transcription services and record storage services, more and more Healthcare organizations requested our assistance with a wide variety of situations.

After many years of involvement in this broad spectrum, we have recognized the needs of the present day HIM department and advancements in available technology, and have taken the initiative to dedicate our resources to the core of our business: coding solutions, including auditing and compliance as well as local clerical staffing for short or long term basis projects.
