If I
buy a remanufactured cartridge or a compatible one, will it void my printers
warrant?
A remanufactured or
compatible cartridge does not void your Printer's Warranty. This has been dealt
with by legislation through the US Congress.
Do you
guarantee your cartridges?
We guarantee every
cartridge we sell. If you experience a problem contact us and we will either
replace the cartridge or refund your money.
What
are the letters following my HP printer numbers, such as D, G, A , AN mean?
These letters are a
sub-description of the cartridge number to designate the ink capacity used in
that cartridge. Most new printers come with cartridges that do not contain a
full ink cartridge and must have a designation to denote a different capacity in
the cartridge. However a G, A, AN or D description does not alter the cartridge
number and can be used interchangeably in the appropriate printer.
When I
buy a cartridge, what type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We, however, do not accept checks,
money orders or cash.
Should
I clean my printer?
Most printers
require occasional cleaning. It is best to read you manual for the instructions
appropriate for your printer.
What
is a compatible cartridge?
A compatible
cartridge is one that has been made by the original manufacturer's
specifications by another company. Our compatible cartridges are from quality
suppliers and you will find that they are equal to or exceed the quality of the
original manufacturers cartridge. However, the price you pay for a compatible
will be much less than an original cartridge.

do you ship?
We ship only in the
United States! We have no export license and all orders NOT from the United
States will be voided.
