When a client of Lisa Clark, a designer at Studio M Interior Designs in
Tampa, needed additional sleeping space in her new condo at The
Signature, in downtown St. Petersburg, Lisa found the solution just a
few blocks away. On the corner of 16th St. North and 7th Ave., in
downtown St. Petersburg, Quality Wall Beds offers a large selection of
Wall beds / Murphy beds, Custom Closets, Home Offices and Sofas that sit
in front of Murphy Beds.
For over 5 years, Quality Wall Beds has been offering its customers
solutions to the age old problem of “I need a space for guests to sleep,
but I don't either have an extra room or I don't want the bed taking up
the whole room when it is only used a few times a year.”
Owned and operated by the father and daughter team of Lloyd and Jennifer
Burkley, this 1800 square foot showroom offers Wall Beds in all sizes,
colors and configurations. The beds are made in either melamine or solid
wood, oak or maple veneer. There are also standard piers for either
side, or you or your designer can design your own custom room. Many
clients add bookcases, home offices or TV stands to customize the room.
Both Studio M Interior Designs and Quality Wall Beds have the solutions
when space is an issue. "In many of today's smaller condos or studio's,
home offices and sleeping requirements pose a real problem," said
Burkley. “We can really make a difference and that is exciting. When our
clients realize how simple it is, we feel that we have really offered
them a great service," he continued. "Another area where our products do
a great job is in the rental industry." said daughter Jennifer. “With an
out of the way Wall Bed, you can add extra sleeping space and therefore
make the smallest of units be utilized to the maximum. We have set up
numerous units in beach properties," she continued.
“Over the past few years, we have seen growth in the home office
division of our company," said Clark. "Working with Lloyd and his team,
we have customized a number of home and business locations. Both
companies have a strong belief in customer service and together we make
a great team."
