From the Pampas of Argentina and the Tulip fields of Holland, Via the Caribbean, Coral Gables Florida and New Hampshire to Gulfport Florida, Restauranteurs Jose Luis and Catherine Pawelek have come full circle. While working at Resorts, Hotels, Cruise Lines and Restaurants, throughout the Globe for the past 30 years, the Paweleks cultivated their love of the Hospitality Industry and Restaurants.

Elements “Global Cuisine Without Boundaries” opened to rave reviews and a new audience on January 5, 2007. “Our Menu is what happens when you take Tropical Floribbean, Spicy Asian, Wood Grilled South American and the Classics” says Chef Jose Luis “and create a fusion of flavors and styles with a dose of fun and just a little twist” .

“Whether you come in for fresh Seafood, Wood Grilled Meats, Pasta, Vegetarian or want to try some of our Tapas (Small Bites) with a broad choice of Wines by the Glass” adds Catherine “ you will always enjoy Jose Luis’ home made Artisan breads and my delectable desserts and be assured that it is always combined in a smart contemporary atmosphere”.

We are half a block from the Beach, the Bay and in the middle of a community that has found a balance between being Artsy and realizing that growth is necessary for a financially secure future. We love being a part of this process including getting the first doggie dining permit and joining the other restauranteurs in oushing forward the agenda of outdoor dining.
