What to Expect on Your First Visit

On your first visit, one of Florida Chiropractor's experienced doctors will make a comprehensive assessment of your condition and talk about your options. Depending on your condition, we will discuss how chiropractic care may be beneficial and together we will coordinate a treatment schedule that works best for you. In some cases just one or two treatments are enough to get you back on the road to good health. Others may require more attention over a series of visits. Either way you will decide what works best with your goals and when to take the next step.

About Dr. Sandefur

Dr. Sandefur received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990 from the University of Kansas. Following in his parents' footsteps, he graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City, Missouri, in 1996. He holds licenses to practice chiropractic in Kansas, Ohio and Florida. He began practicing in Florida in 1996 at the Hartley Chiropractic Center and purchased the clinic from Dr. Ted Hartley in 2002. He quickly changed the name of the clinic to Florida Chiropractor. In 2004 he purchased the Seminole Chiropractic Clinic and opened his second Florida Chiropractor location. Dr. Sandefur is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Society and Pinellas County Chiropractic Society. He serves on the Board of the Pinellas County Chiropractic Society as the active treasurer and is president-elect for 2007. He holds a post-graduate certificate in impairment rating designation and in this regard has served as an expert witness in several chiropractic related cases and trials. He and his wife, Kelli, have two young daughters and live in Seminole, Florida.
